With experience from 2 mm optical lenses to 2 meter dash boards, we can mold almost any plastic in almost any size.
METAL FABRICATION
Digilant.net and its partners offer a wide variety of high quality, cost effective metal forming, stamping, cutting, forging, threading, deep draw, fabricating, casting MIM and welding capabilities with comfortable lead times. Almost unlimited capacity thanks to multiple China Factories with abilities that extend from simple metal stamping to complex aluminum die casting. We offer solutions in almost any metal forming method and metal.
CUSTOM TOOLING
Our partner is a high quality precision tool maker for metal fabrication and injection molding. Over 40% of all tools made by our partner are delivered to the customer’s supplier factory. The balance is used for high quality and cost effective production.
CAD/CAM/CAE
Digilant.net and partners have vast resources and experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and 3D modeling. whether evaluating your files or creating new drawing files to your specifications, we have a program specific to your requirements.
PCB FABRICATION
Digilant.net and partners can design and fabricate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) from the customer’s electronic schematic or Gerber Files and facilitate the sourcing, population, soldering, assembly and testing of the complete PCB. Digilant.net’s experienced USA and Chinese engineering teams can evaluate PCBConcepts and suggest modifications to improve manufacturability and product quality. Digilant.net can then facilitate combining the PCB into a complete sub-assembly or finished product.
